**The Position**:

- We are seeking an experienced conveyancer
- Managing conveyancing files in a full end-to-end service.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, s32s, s27s, transfers, statement of adjustments and settlement statements.
- Drafting and reviewing correspondence necessary for conveyancing transactions.
- Communicating with clients, referrers, agents and other stakeholders.
- Completing Duties Online form and GST forms.
- Generating PEXA workspaces and arranging and attending settlements via PEXA.

Established in 1988 as a suburban law firm, we have grown from a locally focused, two-lawyer practice, to become a thriving law firm of 7 lawyers plus support staff with a national client base.

The role would be located in our Sandringham office.
