Our active and professional Eastern Suburb-based family is searching for a bubbly, reliable, presentable, attention to detail, and respectful long-term nanny to provide their children with high-quality care. It is also essential that the nanny possess initiative, focus, high energy, a positive attitude, and strong experience working with children of similar age.

The nanny will focus their care on the children. It is also essential that the nanny possess caring for the well-being of the children, gently encouraging baby development, and keeping the children stimulated, active and inspired.

The nanny will be responsible for feeding, bathing, changing, playing age-appropriate activities, and following a daily routine. Driving from time to time depending on schedule. High-quality engagements and age-appropriate activities are essential.

The nanny will also be expected to assist with nutritious meals and medication for children, and preparation for school. Light household duties such as general cleaning and organising rooms and children play areas. Running any errands may be required.

The successful nanny will be provided with a beautiful work environment, flexibility, open communication, and a long-term relationship with the family.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Building a strong relationship with the children
- Organising and planning fun, creative, and engaging activities/outings
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, completing light household duties
- Preparing nutritious meals for the kids and occasionally the family if requested
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the children
- Requested to help the housekeeper with any children’s washing or ironing
- Required to work on some weekends and evenings
- Flexibility to travel interstate and overseas when needed.

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- A non-smoker
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record and own car preferred
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with children full-time in Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English and references are essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift

- Darling Point NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
