**PART-TIME 4-DAYS NANNY - NORTH SYDNEY**

Days: Monday to Thursday

Pay: $35-$40 per hour
- Nanny Immunisation: Standard vaccines + updated COVID vaccines
- Swimming ability

Our professional and active North Sydney-based family is searching for an experienced nanny who is considerate, empathetic, nurturing, proactive, communicative, honest, and trustworthy to provide their child with high-quality care. Both parents are working full-time so the ideal nanny will be someone who is excited and energised by the opportunity to educate, love, and help their child's growth. It is essential that the nanny possess strong experience working with children of a similar age.

The nanny will focus their care on the child. The nanny must also be eager to organize developmentally and age-appropriate activities to foster the child's interests. The nanny supports education and learning, is eager to maintain an open line of communication with the family, and is well-versed in child development.

The nanny is responsible for meal prep, feeding, walks to the park, reading, playtime, bathing, changing, and following the child’s sleeping routine. The nanny will also assist with light house chores such as tidying up the child’s room and the play area, putting away the child’s laundry and folding, cleaning up the kitchen area, and maintaining a pleasant home environment.

The household has a tiny dog, but the nanny's only responsibility with regard to the animal is to watch that the toddler doesn't give it anything.

**Nanny Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Planning fun activities with the child
- Building a strong relationship with the child
- Preparing meals and feeding
- Managing child-related household chores
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the child

**To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications**:

- Driving required, car provided
- Willing to support parents working from home full-time in a home office
- Knows how to swim
- A minimum of 5+ years experience working with children, babies in particular
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
