This is a casual and flexible role, ideal for someone who loves beauty, lives on socials, and knows how to tell a story through content. You’ll work remotely most of the time, but we will need you to pop into the salon semi-regularly to capture content, edit and communicate 1:1 with Salon Owner.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Capture and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, and photos in-salon
- Write fun, engaging captions that match our tone and brand
- Stay on top of beauty/social trends and suggest fresh ideas
- Manage a basic content calendar and posting schedule
- Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, growth)
- Engage with our online community when needed

What we are looking for
- Experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal project ( preferred not required)
- Strong visual and editing skills — especially with Reels and TikTok-style videos
- A love of beauty and salon culture
- Confidence using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to visit the salon for content shoots regularly (frequency can be discussed)
- Must have the confidence and comfortability to take initiative and control when creating content - Im really looking for someone who has a niche look on content/ social media, that can follow trends but creates their own flair to it.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
