**What **you'll** be doing...**

As the Financial Reporting Analyst, you will provide accurate financial and non-financial reporting on key financial metrics. Working closely with our Finance Business Partners, you will drive the delivery and on-going use of value-add reporting capabilities and support improvements to current processes and reporting models.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate, timely and effective financial reports, models and analysis to the Finance Business Partners and stream leaders.
- Preparing reports, analysis and recommendations to leaders regarding accounts and financial reports.
- Collating stream specific information and consolidating into various Management reports, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Partnering with the Financial Accountants and the wider Finance team to ensure the accurate maintenance of a common information base.
- Providing accurate financial data to assist with the development of commercial business decisions and/or solutions in line with corporate financial targets, strategy and legislation.
- Supporting the business in preparation of strategic plans, budgets and forecasts.

**Your Talents...**
- Tertiary accounting qualifications and professional membership (CA or CPA) or other relevant post graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial and/or accounting role with a medium sized ASX listed company.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed commercial and business acumen.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment and to think proactively with a personality that thrives on change and challenge.
