**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Barista/Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure the smooth daily operations of the cafe. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, has leadership experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with a focus on consistency and presentation.
- Lead and train a team of baristas and waitstaff to maintain excellent service standards.
- Manage daily operations, including ordering stock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns.
- Assist with staff scheduling and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

**About You**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barista and Supervisor in a high-volume cafe.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expert knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and machine maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
