**Making Room Operator**
- Experience in Shoe Lasting and Sole Laying is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Be flexible with your ability to move between one task to another
- Have excellent time management skills
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Exhibit a high quality of craftsmanship
- Have excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a can do attitude

**Accountabilities**
- Completion of the tasks assigned
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Comply with company procedures and policies
