**What do you need?**
- An understanding or awareness about the dynamics of the hospitality industry
- Experience working in various hospitality venues or genres (preferred for leadership roles)
- Knowledge of staff rostering, venue reservations, or overall front of house operations (or a willingness to learn for entry level roles that do not require prior experience)
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (preferred for some roles)
- A talent for SMART time management and task priority
- Effective soft skills that develop strong customer relationships
- Ability to showcase teamwork but takes initiative proactively
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbally) effectively with management and staff and work with mínimal supervision
