Qualifications & experience
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Basic accounting system experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
Tasks & responsibilities
- Enter Invoices & Purchase Orders in Accounting System
- Answering Phones
- Administrative Duties
- Record Journal Adjustments in accounting system
- Database Updating

Job summary
- An energetic role providing accounts and admin team support for approx. 4 hours/day work between 10am and 3pm - Monday to Thursday.
**Job Type**: Casual
Part-time hours: 13-16 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
