**The Project
The Utilities business are the preferred contractor on two of the largest energy infrastructure projects within the Australian energy sector, one of these projects is located in Queensland and the other in New South Wales. These two exciting opportunities secure a pipeline of work until 2027 and include the design & construction of new transmission lines and substations.

The Quality Manager role is responsible and accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of all Quality Management, Document Control Systems and implementation of the digital workforce which will ensure the project complies with all contractual requirements as well as CIMIC/UGL policies, applicable legislations, and recognised standards.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the Utilities quality assurance and control at a business unit level on the project.
- In conjunction with the Project Manager, review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirements have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.
- Monitor, maintain and report on the implementation of quality management plan and systems.
- Design and Implementation of Digital workforce throughout the business unit

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- Appropriate trade and technical qualifications
- Minimum 15 years in engineering / construction environment
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance / Control Manager role.
- Good level of understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard requirements.
- Qualified Internal Auditor (Quality Management Systems) or equivalent auditing experience.
- Proactively seek to continuously improve performance, deliverables, and work efficiencies.
