**The Project**

The Utilities business are the preferred contractor on two of the largest energy infrastructure projects within the Australian energy sector, one of these projects is located in Queensland and the other in New South Wales. These two exciting opportunities secure a pipeline of work until 2027 and include the design & construction of new transmission lines and substations.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Be responsible for the establishment of Quality Management systems to deliver progressive completions and handover obligations through the lifecycle of the project
- You will drive, monitor and report on implementation of performance objectives and initiatives
- You will interface with internal management and external parties to achieve progressive and timely closure of packages of works.
- Lead investigations, learning teams and system reviews to ensure best for project qualtiy management and continuous improvement

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- Major Quality Management projects experience >$100m
- Advanced skills in development and management of Quality Management systems
- 10 years of Quality Management experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing geographically dispersed teams
