Project Scheduler

Drive major Military Structures & Systems Engineering outcomes.

**Tell me about this role**:
**We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Project Schedules to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
These roles will be Melbourne based and will play a critical part in delivering the latest in Land capability technology to our Defence Force.
Some of the projects include armoured fighting vehicles, soldier modernisation program, lifecycle management of in-service fleet, deployable health infrastructure and more.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Develop, maintain and report on project schedules, milestones in OPP and providing proactive advice and recommendations relating to schedule performance
- Coordinate project planning activities including ensuring technical schedule compliance with CASG requirements
- Conduct planning exercises with Project Managers and conduct analysis to support project planning
- Attending Risk Workshops, provide scheduling, conduct schedule risk analysis and progress

***What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within a government or Defence environment
- Previous scheduling experience
- Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP) or Primavera 6
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
