Our OSHC services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.

**Our offer**:

- Permanent part-time appointment (25-30 hours per week).
- Salary of CSE 3 $59,246 - $66,703.53 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 12% superannuation.
- 10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement.

**Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to**:

- Deliver high-quality OSHC programs that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Cert IV in School Aged Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the Early Years Learning Framework and the My Time Our Place Framework.
- Ability to contribute to review of Children’s Services policies and procedures.
- Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible attitude to work.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
- Current first aid certificate in an education and care setting (including asthma and anaphylaxis).
- Please note: You will be required to work Split Shifts_ _between 6:45-9:15 AM and 2:30-6:00 PM weekdays._
