As a Social Media Coordinator and Retail Jewellery Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in elevating and growing our brand through social media channels while also assisting with retail sales. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing social media strategies to showcase our jewellery collections and increase brand visibility on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Creating compelling and visually stunning content, including photos, videos, and stories, to highlight our jewellery pieces and engage our audience.
- Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions with our followers.
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect opal jewellery, providing product information, and offering personalised one on one experience.
- Conducting sales transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales data.
- Ensuring the boutique is visually appealing, clean, organised, and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Must be fluent in English

Knowledge of photoshop, lightroom, photography required. Previous retail experience is beneficial however full training is provided. Familiarity with jewellery terminology, gemstones, and metals is a plus

Competitive salary and bonus structure.

Boutique Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm

No late night trading.
