Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our corporate marketing team and help tell the Raine & Horne story across our social media platforms. You will be responsible for keeping our feeds active, engaging and aligned with national campaigns, working with the broader team to build brand visibility and support our network of offices.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a knack for content, a love of digital platforms, and a sharp eye for staying on-brand.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and maintaining the organic social media calendar for Raine & Horne corporate channels
• Creating social posts using Canva templates and brand-approved assets
• Scheduling and publishing content using Meta Business Suite or HubSpot
• Monitoring basic engagement and community interaction
• Supporting light reporting on post and channel performance
• Ensuring all posts follow brand guidelines and support our campaign goals

Who we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of experience with social or digital content
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Comfortable using Canva and following established templates
• Strong writing and editing skills, with great attention to tone and clarity
• Organised, collaborative and deadline-driven
• Based in Sydney
• Bonus if you have worked in real estate or used HubSpot
