**Current opportunity**

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced administrator seeking full time or part-time work (0.7+ FTE). Supporting the Audit and Assurance Partners and team, you will assist by executing quality work.

**The role**
- Support and assist the team to manage workflow and internal communication.
- Preparation of standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing.
- Support the execution of audit processes as required.
- Preparation of tenders and presentations to promote our services
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Perform a variety of tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered

**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role (PA or Team Assistant)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
