**Basic Purpose of this Role**:
Manage all client related enquiries - Freight tracking, DIFOT Reporting, order tracking, order allocation management, WMS data input, client portal training - to support the 3PL operations and generate all reporting requirements to both client and internal senior management. Liaise with sales team to ensure consistent SLA and operational commitments are delivered to the customer. **Skills & or Minimum Qualifications Required for this Position**
- Customer Service or trade industry background minimum 3 years
- Strong customer service background
- Effective at building internal and external relationships across various groups of people
- Warehouse management system (WMS) experience desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, presentation skills
- Proven experience increasing delighting the customer in fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
