**Training Co-ordinator - MC, ROV, GC and E-Bikes**

Yamaha Motor Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our service team.

As a Training Coordinator you will need to design, produce and deliver training programs as per the Yamaha Technical Academy training objectives for dealers.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Assist with Service Manager and Yamaha Parts Academy training.
- Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment.
- Monitor dealer training needs, prepare programs accordingly and complete full training cycle.
- Produce and maintain training material and resources.
- Maintain a monthly training report.
- Develop new courses including web-based training modules and adopt best practice for delivery of training.
- Develop and deliver technical related training and product features training.
- Develop and format content for short video clips to compliment LMS modules.
- Conduct face to face training at key training locations.
- Support as required at product release activities or customer facing events, eg, motor shows etc.

**To be successful in the role, you will require**:

- To be self-motivated, computer literate, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Trade qualification, Motorcycle preferred.
- Computer skills. - Adobe, video programs, MS office proficiency, e-learning platforms.
- Articulate 360 and Smart builder course development preferred.
- Must possess a current car and motorcycle licence.
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training desirable
- Trade qualification, Motorcycle preferred.
- Previous experience in this type of role will be an advantage.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
