**Role and Responsibilities**:As the Assistant Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our club. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service and create a positive atmosphere.
- **Member Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and they're making progress toward their goals.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations, from facility maintenance to membership inquiries, to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and promote club offerings within the local community.
- **Community Involvement**: Actively engage with the local community to promote the club's presence and establish partnerships.

**Qualifications**:To excel in this role, you should have:

- Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness preferable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales and marketing acumen.
