**The Role**

This role is a 12 Month Contract.

The overall purpose of the Junior Accounts Payable Officer is to provide general support to the Accounts Payable team to ensure that all payable invoices are entered accurately, payments are processed within each creditors trading terms, and deadlines are met.

Some of the duties of this role will include...
- Process only authorised tax invoices and paperwork including staff reimbursements, client and estate refunds and petty cash reimbursements.
- Verify supplier documentation in Readsoft Online.
- Verify data from invoice to Exflow.
- Respond to supplier and service queries in a professional, polite manner.
- File and archive payment runs and supplier information

**Ideal Experience & Skillset**
- 1+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable (or a strong aptitude and interest in accounts functions)
- Sound problem solving skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to work within a team environment with limited supervision
- Ability to work within established guidelines and meet deadlines
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, database programs and office equipment
