**About the Role**:
As one of the first members of our Australian ground operations team, you will help define the success of our business by representing Qlub across two key divisions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your breadth of knowledge in a dynamic, fast-growing company and to define the future of payments, in restaurants and beyond.

As a member of our ground ops team, you will receive exceptional sales and operations training enabling you to support our respective Heads of Department.

**_ Responsibilities_***:
1. Sales - Join our growing team by pitching to restaurant owners and helping us scale across territories.

2. Operations - Help our team integrate our payment solutions with restaurant operations and provide product feedback & insights.

3. Work with cross-functional teams, including tech and product, to achieve common objectives for acquiring new restaurants and driving product adoption.

**We'd love you to have**:

- An entrepreneurial mindset, with passion and motivation to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A process-oriented mindset
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
- A tertiary degree or diploma in hospitality management or a business-related field preferred
