CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a**full-time** Grounds Team Member**to join our in Wollongong/Southern Highlands services team. This is great opportunity to be part of a growing, national integrated facilities Management, Asset Management and Construction business, supporting a portfolio of clients, in and around the area.

**About the Role**:
Working in a supportive team, the grounds and garden team member with work across the Wollongong/Southern Highlands services area, providing a high level of customer experience to our key clients. The duties of the role will involve:

- Hand mowing
- Ride on mowing
- Lawn edging
- Hedge trimming
- Brush cutting
- Weed and pest control
- Planting

**About You**:
You maybe someone with a bit of experience in landscape work or someone who understands the nature of such a role and wants to develop new skills. Ideally you have:

- A couple years' experience working in a labourer role, with a willingness to learn new and work with a team.
- Physically fit and able to work with outdoor tools.
- Strong communication skills, for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Keen for training and development.

**Requirements**:

- Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Full 'Class C' manual driver's licence.
- WWC ( or willing to obtain)

**Desirable**
- First Aid
- White Card
- ChemCert accreditation
