Due to growth and expansion our Supply Chain team requires a **Supplier Support Officer **to collaborate with the broader Supply Chain team and drive continuous improvement in the supplier support space The Supplier Support team is a small, close-knit team, so this role is ideal for someone who is a team player and thrives in a busy environment.

**What will you do?**
- Management of escalations
- Management of conflicts or supplier disputes
- Management of SLA disagreements
- Lead the procurement of suppliers for specialist reports
- Weekly reporting as required
- CAT event response management
- Collaborate and participate in the development of the Supply Chain strategy and how Supplier Support will support and achieve objectives
- Processing of supplier and assessor invoices
- Request of specialist reports
- Management of a specialist reports database
- Provide QA support for specialist reports
- Data Entry

**Who are you?**
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong stakeholder management skill
- Effective relationship management
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet and or exceed KPI's
- Basic understanding of construction terminology (desired)
- Previous data entry experience (advantageous)
- Efficient time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Positive and personable
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
- Proactive
- Results driven
