- Managing the operations in day-to-day running of the Global Realty business;
- Liaise with different departments and levels of stakeholders i.e. CEO, branch managers, funders and etc.
- Managing the team to prepare a range of strategy, policies, and procedure documents ensuring accurate and on-time delivery and compliance with organizational standards;
- Compile analysis, develop and maintain different reporting on all functions of businesses;
- Proactively review and recommend improves and update system, business processes and policies to ensure operation accuracy and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on our business rules, operating procedures, quality standards, internal policies and any other applicable laws and regulations required for us to operate.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years’ experience in Operation Manager role in a related industry;
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or any database system is highly regarded;
- Australian PR or citizen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
