An Exciting opportunity is now available to work with a leading provider of packaging supplies, warehouse equipment and safety gear to Australian industry, Our client is committed to offering a range of products that help businesses increase productivity, reduce waste and maximise employee well-being.

Located in **_Truganina_** our client is looking for an **_Operations Manager_** to join there team.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
**About The Role**:

- Permanent Full-time roles
- Monday to Friday
- Located in Truganina

**What you need to Bring**
- Help to Ensure Timely Movement of goods
- Overseeing the planning and organization of warehousing processes
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to excel in your career.
- Continuing to iterate ways to improve the team's performance, efficiency, and efficacy
- Actively leading and supporting a Safety culture within the team by adopting the Culture of Care practice
- Developing, monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs, and initiating corrective actions when required
- Directing the operations of the warehouse and stock management system to ensure the maximum use of space with efficient and profitable operation

**The Successful Person Will Be Able To Demonstrate**
- previous experience leading a warehouse and distribution team in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Have well developed people leadership and development skills
- Strong knowledge of planning techniques and supply chain principles
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to collaborate productively and professionally with all levels of people
- The ability to prioritise and work to tight demands
- A current driver's licence, forklift licence, and a safe driving record

**_All successful applicants will be required to provide two recent working references & proof of Australian Work Rights._
