**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of this role is to monitor the water / water waste management project and oversee all project-related activities while effectively communicating with property owners to ensure that the project is completed successfully and on time.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Plan and schedule resources, machinery, travel, lodging, and materials for the assigned projects.
- Manage all site activities and routine administrative tasks for work crews on a daily basis, such as: timesheets
- Maintain the work crew's adherence to the law, as well as the organization's policies and procedures
- Watch the implementation of the control measures and the conclusion of the on-site risk assessments.
- Throughout the project's execution, maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Should be able communicate effectively to property owner

- Educational qualification in frontline management or equivalent
- Must possess all relevant qualifications and licenses deemed necessary by legislation and/or the client
- Extensive supervisory experience in the civil/ construction sector
- A clear communicator, with good leadership qualities
