**Position Overview**
The Knowledge and Information Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date in the ever-changing environment of the Courts, is well-organised and well-distributed across key stakeholder groups.
The position of the Knowledge and Information Coordinator requires a self-starter focused on strategic and bespoke knowledge management, and identifying areas for process improvement while connecting people and establishing best practice knowledge sharing behaviours.
The Court has commenced a Wiki Replacement Project, which would require significant involvement and contribution from the Knowledge and Information Coordinator, including owning / building / managing / transforming the Wiki and accompanying knowledge assets.
**Key Duties**
- Product owner of the Court’s Wiki (knowledge base): responsible for the management, coordination, development, review, and update of the Wiki content.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation with key stakeholder groups to improve and expand Wiki content.
- Review Wiki content both proactively and reactively to ensure style guidelines are continuously met.
- Capture, analyse and report on data metrics to identify process issues and training needs.
- Develop and execute training and induction programs in the understanding and use of knowledge management systems and tools.
- Identify new ways to optimise team performance, efficiency and compliance through knowledge sharing.
- The creation and storage of business templates including, but not limited to, such things as project outlines, requirements documents, procurement plans etc.
**Selection Criteria**
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and a capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a high volume environment;
- Liaise with other areas of the courts to facilitate planning, coordination, curation and sharing of organisational knowledge;
- Ability to propose and facilitate innovate initiatives in relation to knowledge management, and train and develop others on the use of knowledge management tools;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, be adaptable, have strong initiative and sound problem-solving, including the ability to interpret and analyse operational data to make evidence-based decisions.
- Have a high degree of curiosity to contribute to the strategic direction of Court Operations, and identifying opportunities for building Court staff capability and undertaking continuous improvement.
