Position
**Education Planner -Knowledge Manager**
About the Role:
We need to have someone to organize and manage the information provided to us by Immigration Department, insurance health cover and providers and colleges in relation to course, intake date, price and promotion list, terms and conditions, refund policies and pre requirements to entry the school.
This person is going to be the main point of contact and also will need to understand the full process of the company including the essential departments within our company such as the Student Experience Team, Sales/Marketing Team, and the Admissions Team. Being responsible for flow, procedures and policies within the company.
The goal is to provide support to all staff to ensure that the business runs smoothly, effectively and professionally. The main responsibilities of this position are to help our staff to provide high customer service, have them well prepared to sell courses in Australia, and make sure they renew their visas with us.
Overall Responsibilities:
- The agreements involve the provision of information and guidance to International Students in
- Australia seeking to enrol and study in such schools, colleges and universities.
- Identify and analyse new education providers options and negotiate terms for agreements (commission rates, incentives, marketing support and targets).
- Supervise information available into our database to be easily understood by Sales Teams, facilitating their activities in order to increase customer retention.
- Maintain strong relations with education providers and stay up-to-date with course pricing, intakes and admission requirements for all courses.
- Manage daily business with education providers including meetings, collecting feedback, solving issues etc.
- Review sales performance with education providers.
- Prepare the monthly meeting with final results where is shows the number of enrolments, number of students coming through our offices offshore and new leads attract onshore
- and onshore, as well as student visa data
- Deliver training to when necessary about the education providers, study pathways and immigration changes.
- Help develop marketing strategies to find potential leads to our pipeline, and implement new processes to improve our flows and operations related to sales.
- Contribute to a strong, effective, and efficient professional team operating ethically and focus on delivering outcomes to ensure high-quality results and best practice.
- Attend Industry and education providers’ events as requested, representing the company and learning about new insights for improvements on our processes
- Implement new training material and deliver it.
- Responsible for delivering the Refresher training.
- Identify training needs by evaluating the performance of our Staff based on the Training given by Information Planet.
- Organize and update our manual and flows.
- To facilitate general training to all staff to meet their needs upon induction and periodically to maintain a high level of service.
- Create all documentation, as well as procedures, flow and policies
- To help cover specific departments during staff absences or times of staff transition.
- To maintain, oversee and improve the quality and productivity of the customer service delivered to IP clients.
- To improve the quality of the services provided by our Education Planners to our clients with a study plan in Australia.
- To design, review, implement and maintain customer service strategies and client service delivery model with the view of increasing customer service satisfaction and retention.
- To conduct performance reviews, provide direction, and advice, facilitate training and assist in recruitment to the department as required to improve customer service delivery.
- Provide efficient and effective administrative services to support the operation of the company.
- To oversee the operation of the procedure for enrolments, documentation and sales operations for the sales departments.
- You will be responsible to support all requests and support all staff all the time.
- Respond to and resolve inquiries and issues to ensure the effectiveness of our services.
