**About the Role**:
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- You are the face of the store
- Completing managerial roles & responsibilities promptly & to a high level
- You will be a customer service superstar and help to ensure all of our customers have the best possible experience in store
- Ensuring shelves are merchandised and stock levels are maintained
- Operating registers and cash management systems
- Helping with any customer queries and resolving where possible

**Experience**:

- 5 years managerial experience in a retail environment
- A positive 'can do' attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- A strong, high performance work ethic with great attention to detail
- Passionate, motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid RSA is required
- Must be fully flexible across weekdays and some weekends

**Salary**: $60,682.41 - $80,402.55 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malvern, VIC 3144: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorization:

- Australia (required)

**Salary**: $60,454.49 - $80,299.18 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
