**Key Responsibilities**

**Provide direct care and daily living support to clients with a range of complex behavioural needs.**

**Implement individualised support plans, including behaviour support plans developed in collaboration with PBS practitioners.**

**Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of support strategies.**

**Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and case managers.**

**Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all client interactions.**

**Monitor and report on client progress, incidents, and relevant changes in behaviour or health.**

**Support clients in community participation, skill-building, and therapeutic activities.**

**Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to NDIS and organisational policies and procedures.**

**Key Requirements**

**Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.**

**Proven experience working with individuals with complex behaviours, preferably in a community or residential setting.**

**Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and experience in implementing behaviour support strategies.**

**Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.**

**Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.**

**Current First Aid & CPR certification.**

**NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid driver’s licence.**
