**The opportunity**:
This role is for a Program Supervisor with experience in implementing and supervising programs based on the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct collaborative assessments for functional skill development to support multiple areas of development and daily life.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualised program and supports for clients with autism or developmental disability.
- Provide coaching and support to family members, teachers and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with a range of allied health professionals.
**What do you need to join?**
- Qualification in ABA, psychology, teaching or allied health field
- Experience working with autistic children and children with developmental and behavioural needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance - registrations as relevant Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
