Technology & Solutions Manager

Join our team as a Technology and Solutions Manager, where you'll drive strategic initiatives, leverage cutting-edge technology, and manage our product portfolio to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your role will be pivotal in defining strategies, overseeing product development, and ensuring new revenue streams effective management and ROI analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning and Vision**:

- Define and implement strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.

**Product Development and Lifecycle Management**
- Create and manage a product roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from development to launch and maintenance.

**Business Analysis and Problem-Solving**:

- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to optimize service delivery.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and IT.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

**Financial Management**
- Manage the financial performance of the product portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Evaluate ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in strategic planning, product development, and financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with the technology market in the heavy industry mining sector.
