A mining and resources services company located in central Perth is seeking a compliance officer for an ongoing temporary position.

**Your new role**
- Mobilisation of staff, ensuring qualification and training are compliant with site requirements, ordering PPE and processing all new starters’ paperwork.
- Using site specific systems such as ERMS, LMS, Sphere or OPMS
- Planning and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for shutdown maintenance and projects
- Organisation of rosters, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and site access
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Experienced in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the following systems: ERMS, LMS, Sphere or OPMS
