**Position Summary**:

- Responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas.
- Support the Engineering and Maintenance team with general operational tasks whilst showcasing adaptability.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each experience so your passion help guests follow theirs.
- Actively conduct repairs to the building and equipment.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings.

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
