**About Us**:
Brighton Coach Pty Ltd is a leading charter service provider, specializing in delivering high-quality transport solutions for a variety of clients. We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Day Tour Coordinator** to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our day tour services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate day tour schedules, ensuring smooth logistics and timely departures.
- Communicate with drivers, tour guides, and clients to ensure all tour requirements are met.
- Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and special requests to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor tour operations in real-time, addressing any last-minute changes or challenges.
- Liaise with suppliers, attractions, and restaurants to arrange tour inclusions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of tour performance, feedback, and reports.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting tours and managing online content if required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tour operations, transport logistics, or event coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems.
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and local attractions is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
