**The Role**
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel, meetings, and expenses
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners including legal, finance, property, and advisors
- Manage personal and business-related logistics for the CEO and Founders, including travel, appointments, and lifestyle support
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings and workshops
- Coordinate internal events such as strategy sessions, offsites, and staff forums
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive documentation with discretion
- Contribute to the Design and Support Centre’s Social Committee, assisting with planning and delivering internal engagement activities
- Support administrative tasks related to the King Foundation and other strategic initiatives
**About You**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple workstreams
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools such as Concur, SAP, calendar and travel platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to efficiency and accuracy
- Experience supporting lifestyle, philanthropic, or property-related needs (desirable)
- Strong interest in contributing to team culture and workplace engagement initiatives
