Brighton Coach & Tours is one of Sydney's leading transport and tour operators, providing premium coach charter and day tours across NSW. We pride ourselves on service, safety, and professionalism — and we're looking for a driven Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team.

The Role

As Sales & Partnerships Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business, converting enquiries, and building long-term partnerships with schools, corporates, travel agents, and tourism partners. This is a results-driven role with clear KPIs and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across tours and charters, achieving monthly revenue targets.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, OTAs, schools, and corporates.
  • Represent Brighton Coach at tourism/travel events and networking functions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (tourism/travel/transport ideal).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Experience with booking/CRM systems (FareHarbor, Coach Manager, etc.) is an advantage.
