- Located in Tullamarine, Northern suburbs of Melbourne Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Attendants to join their partnering client Dnata Catering, located at Tullamarine Airport. Positions are for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon shifts Monday-Sunday (rotating roster). The position will involve working in various sections and completing duties such as making up of food and beverage carts, plating food onto catering trays, kitchen hand duties, assisting the chefs and working on a wash belt. Please note all successful applicants must pass a Police Check and complete client specific paperwork before commencing.

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Attendants to join their partnering client Dnata Catering, located at Tullamarine Airport. **About your new role**:

- Food plating and packaging
- Kitchen hand duties
- Assisting chefs with bulk preparation and cooking
- Working on a wash production belt
- Preparation of beverage, snack and food carts
- Manual handling, pushing and pulling of carts
- Comply with Food Safety / HACCP guidelines
- Opportunity to work with a well-known leader of industry
- General cleaning and hygiene is maintained to the highest level
- Ensuring weight and presentation specifications are met.
- Training and support provided for your new role
- Weekly rostered shifts

**About you**:

- Have experience working in kitchen/catering setting
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Availability to work on both rostered and on call shifts
- Proven experience in the Food manufacturing environment beneficial but not essential
- Reliable form of transport
- Available on both day and afternoon shift 7 days a week (for a rotating roster)
- Basic knife skills
- Knowledge of WHS and hygiene
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Have obtained a Certificate III in commercial cookery (preferred NOT required)
