- Located in Tullamarine, Northern suburbs of Melbourne Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Attendants-Lead Hand to join their partnering client located at Tullamarine Airport. Positions are for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon. The position will involve working in various sections and completing duties such as making up of food Supervision of food preparation, Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with the Executive Chef and Assembly Manager and Food Production Supervisors. Please note all successful applicants must complete Pre-Employment - Online Inductions.

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Attendants-Lead Hand to join their partnering client located at Tullamarine Airport. Positions are for an immediate start and requiring availability across both day and afternoon.

**About your new role**:

- Supervision of Food preparation,
- Coordination of food production activities by liaising closely with the Executive Chef and Assembly Manager and Food Production Supervisors
- Supervision of production activities to ensure delivery of products and services are according to customer specification and expectation.
- Opportunity to work with a well-known leader of industry
- General cleaning and hygiene is maintained to the highest level
- Proactively lead and supervise your team's performance
- Maintains legal/compliance requirements across health and safety, food safety & security.

**About you**:

- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Proven experience in the Food manufacturing environment
- Reliable form of transport
- Available on both day or afternoon shift 7 days a week
- Knowledge of WHS and hygiene
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
