**An exciting opportunity to manage holiday parks in the beautiful Barossa.**

**The Location**

Located in the renowned Barossa Valley, home to some of the worlds best wines, surrounded by beautiful scenery in every direction, and only an hour to Adelaide CBD, these two sister sites are proudly managed by Belgravia Pro.

Guests enjoy their stay via caravans, RVs, motorhomes, campervans, or tents in a powered or un-powered site. All situated on landscaped grounds with facilities and services. Talunga Park is currently in the final stages of an exciting redevelopment.

**The Role**

We are recruiting our newest team member to manage the recently redeveloped Talunga Park along with sister Park Murray Recreation grounds. The Park Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the parks and its surrounds in accordance with the relevant documentation and for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including Council, guests, staff, agreement users and the company.

Level 5 Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 Baseline roster 5 days on 2 days off midweek with some weekend days off, uniform and safety wear provided.

About You

A Holiday Park individual ready to start by the end of May, who is hands on, highly customer focused, equally passionate about tourism, environment and culture whilst delivering exceptional guest first experiences.

You will be friendly, have great communication skills, be enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and be part of a team. You are energetic with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic, have attention to detail and a guest first experience approach.

Previous experience a bonus but not necessary.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience in a similar single person operation rolefavourable
- Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerised booking system and good computer skills
- An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
- Outstanding customer service
- Cleaning experience
- Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven day roster which will include public holidays and weekends

Essential
- Holiday Park / Tourism experience (preferred)
- First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR
- Current Australian Police Check (within 6 months)
- Working with Children's Check or equivalent
- Australian Driver's Licence
