We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional with experience in a growing mid-sized company, ideally during a period of rapid expansion. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to lead and implement all marketing initiatives, driving our brand's presence and impact.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with sales objectives for various timber products.
- Create effective marketing strategies tailored to different timber species.

**Consulting**:

- Offer expert advice on marketing tactics to reach specific target audiences within the timber industry.
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness for timber products.
- Offer expert guidance on various marketing aspects, including product development, pricing, and distribution strategies.

**Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Analyze consumer behavior and trends related to timber products.
- Provide accurate short-term and long-term market forecasts for the timber industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer preferences.

**Business Development**:

- Support company growth by implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase product sales in line with company targets.

**Skills Required**:
