Your Role
At Dulux Acratex, we're passionate about delivering high-performance solutions and empowering our people. As an Acratex Training and Technical Specialist, you'll play a key role in growing product and technical knowledge across our teams and customers—driving commercial outcomes and supporting our state strategy.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, competency-based technical training to internal teams and external customers (~50% formal, ~50% informal).
- Provide on-site technical support and advice to ensure correct and consistent product solutions.
- Champion learning and development to build confidence and capability in render systems, textures, topcoats, cladding, and specialty finishes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build and manage a 12-month training plan.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Skills & Experience
- You will have training experience with some knowledge within the building/construction industry, or you may have a strong industry background in the building / construction industry, with a focus on facades and be looking at moving into a Training role – either Sales, Customer Service or running your own business
- Familiarity with the Acratex product portfolio highly regarded.
- Experience facilitating group and individual learning (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly regarded).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, administrative and time management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
