Marketing Specialist

This full-time position is based in Rocklea, QLD 4106 and offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of this leading provider of tyre services.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Create compelling advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media
- Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms to ensure a strong online presence
- Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and improve marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to inform future strategies
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities

**What we're looking for**
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, advertising, and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing performance metrics
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and social media management tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
