About the Role:
The Performance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that AGL’s Renewable Energy assets are effectively managed and optimised. You will review data and provide recommendations to support the Renewables Engineering, Commercial Services, Wholesale Operations and Finance teams, as well as the external Operations and Maintenance teams. Additional responsibilities include:

- Monitoring performance trends and develop continuous improvement opportunities
- Work with AGL’s key contractors to ensure that the wind and battery storage assets are maintained and operated effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Regulatory and statutory reporting
- Assist with the planning and coordination of outages

About You:
You will have a passion for data and the improvement opportunities that good analysis provides. You will be a great listener that can interpret and convey information in a clear and accurate manner. Ideally you will have had experience with Asset Management principles within a renewable energy or heavy industrial environment.

What you bring to the table:

- Tertiary qualifications in an Engineering, Finance or Data Science discipline
- Advanced Excel and a knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- An understanding and commitment to HSE requirements
- Advanced problem-solving skills
