**About The Centre**

Thrive Pyrmont is our 42 place centre located in the Inner City of Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**About The Role**

Thrive has an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in early education and who is ready to start their career in the sector.

This traineeship will see you join the team in Pyrmont and be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.

**Your role as a Trainee**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children’s progress to families
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Prepare the children’s play and learning materials for the day’s experiences.
- Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment
