**About The Centre**

**Thrive Pyrmont is our 42 place centre located in the Inner City of Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.**

**About The Role**

**We have an exciting permanent full time opportunity for an early childhood educator with a Certificate III qualification to join the team.**

**This position will see you working **8 hours per day, Monday to Friday or 10 hours per day, 4 days per week.**

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- **Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators**:

- **Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework**:

- **Provide assistance to other educators in the room**:

- **Maintain a positive working relationship with team members**:

- **Maintain effective communication with parents**:

- **Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities**
