**How will I help?**
As the Program Manager, you will manage program/ project activities that deliver business and/ or technology solutions, enabling Consumer & Business Banking Chief Data Office to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Complying with the group governance processes to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in delivery, and that the necessary decision-making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required outcome
- Managing a program or project of work to deliver solutions/ capabilities that meet business requirements and realize benefits within agreed scope, time, and quality
- Monitoring the status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables
- Working with architects and the business to deliver cost estimates for submissions for funding approval, and subsequently manage and report program/ project delivery against agreed costs, to maximise operational efficiency
- Directing the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and/or problems associated with services and/ or delivery in the program/ project to enable the achievement of program/project deliverables and benefits
- Engaging, informing, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the program/ project
