**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead planning and execution of complex programs across multiple workstreams.
- Define program governance structures, reporting frameworks, and delivery milestones.
- Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources across projects.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing large programs in enterprise or government environments.
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g. MSP, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
- Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration programs is highly regarded.

**Location**:
Sydney / Greater NSW region (onsite or hybrid flexibility available)
