Seeking Administration Co-ordinator

The position is to assist the sales, operations and logistics teams with tracking
client orders and keeping clients updated with the status of their order. Understand and utilise our clients operating system. Training will be provided.
The Administration Co-ordinator will be required to respond to all client order enquiries as well as liaising with suppliers and installers. They will also be required to check sales order handovers and assist with generating and placing vendor orders.
Ideal qualities:
- Well-presented
- Motivated and hard-working
- Excellent spelling and grammar; excellent communication skills
- Organised with high level attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Current Drivers license and reliable transport
- Previous experience in a similar position
