The Advanced Analytics Team is an Enterprise function within Endeavour, with capabilities across data governance & privacy, data engineering & platforms, data analytics and data science. We are a passionate team of data enthusiasts with a mission to empower Endeavour to achieve its ambitions through data driven

This role sits in the Merchandising chapter within Advanced Analytics and is embedded in the Pricing Optimisation squad (under AA’s Marketing & Merch product group). This squad’s mission is to develop optimised shelf pricing across our portfolio of brands, that meet our customers’ needs, whilst driving sales, profitability and agility. Our data led decisioning, tools and insights drive incremental value through enabling improved strategic direction and unlocking more flexibility and efficiency for our stakeholders to pursue more value add activities

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Deliver actionable insights and results to enable the business to improve the efficiency of pricing strategies
- Share approaches and best practices across the Endeavour Advanced Analytics chapters
- Work within team norms, standards and procedures to provide consistency across the business
- Establish sound relationships with business stakeholders
- Be proactive with ideas and recommendations and help drive the business outcomes; ask the right questions

**Qualifications**
Now let’s talk about you:

- Strong experience using SQL to manipulate and extract data (Google Suite preferred)
- Experience working with Google Sheets/Excel, strong numerical skills (experience working with/understanding a commercial P&L
- Commercially curious and pragmatic, problem solving attitude
- Demonstrable ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within analytics chapters and across cross functional squads
- Experience of working in cross-functional teams within an agile delivery framework
- Ability to deliver to agreed milestones whilst communicating any changes in scope or timelines
- Ability to translate business problems into actionable metrics
- Ability to translate complicated methods and results into plain language, both in speaking and writing, and to tailor the level of technical detail based on the audience
